While working in top IT companies likeTCS, HP and other corporates, I have always sensed the gap in management and build quality between the enormous projects by India`s reputed builders and projects handled by other builders. I noticed that their vision is to cater the best, but their management and resources are the lagging factors for their development.

I decided to fill this gap while working on a methodology to put this on ground and hopped in for Qualmate along with Swpnil.

My vision is to bring a smooth touch in construction management with technology based solutions and to fulfil the expectations of end user of a project.

In my previous working experiences, I relaize the big gap between management and execution which negatively influence the supervision,workmanship and quality control of project. This gap affect all the stakeholders of the project and especially the end user-The one who pay for it.

As an architect, i have been dealing with lots of residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Even after assuring best of works and quality of material, I have experienced lack of supervision being the prime reason for inferior and unsatisfactory work quality which eventually has to be suffered by client.

Here, in Qualmate, we are keen to deal with such issues and provide one stop solution for all the design and construction related problems with experts guidance and ensure utmost clients satisfaction

As an Manager in my previous job, I have handled various project all over Madhya pradesh for their supervision, management and quality control which include managing a workforce of 400 Engineers of our project. Considering my previous experience, I believe for a project to be successful, Its team must be in sync with a existing module comprising every single practical aspect we face during construction, Be it procurement strategy, handling works at site, testing protocol etc.

At Qualmate, We have developed a Management ,Supervision and Testing module which will significantly channelise the turbulence at site during construction and lead to successfully managed project!
